Montana university can't afford to renovate facility

The future ofDonaldson Hall, one of the oldest buildings on the campus of Montana State University-Northern in Havre, is uncertain. The facility, a former residence hall that opened in 1936, now houses several offices, but those are being relocated elsewhere on campus.
