$40 million bond issue on ballot in Mulvane (Kan.) district

From The Wichita Eagle: The Mulvane (Kan.) district is asking voters on Dec. 8 to approve a $40 million bond proposal. The money would enable the district to build a $14 million primary school to serve pre-kindergarten to second grade; additions to the elementary school, middle school and high school; and a 4,000-seat stadium with an eight-lane track.
