New campus under construction for 2 charter schools in Stockton, Calif.

Port City Academy and Langson Hughes Academy will share site

From The Stockton Record: A campus for two charter schools is being built in Stockton, Calif. Port City Academy and Langston Hughes Academy will move from their existing locations to modular buildings on the site of a former hardware and lumber store. Port City, a K-5, opened three years ago. Langston Hughes, in its fourth year as a sixth- through ninth-grade school, will add grades the next three years. Ultimately, a student will be able to attend school on the campus from kindergarten through high school.
