Replacement for Milton Terrace South will cost $20 million

From The Saratogian: Construction has begun on a replacement building for Milton Terrace South Elementary School in the Ballston Spa (N.Y.) Central School District. The $20 million, 80,000-square-foot school that will have 24 classrooms.
