Town looks at plans for new Willard Elementary.

Concord, Mass., is planning to build a new Willard Elementary School that will have the latest in environmentally friendly design. The construction cost is estimated to be $24 million. The school will have a rain-harvesting device on its roof that will filter and clean water before being stored in a 20-gallon tank in the ground. The building will face south and windows will be situated to provide as much daylight as possible. The architect is The Office of Michael Rosenfeld.
