City school system has rebuilt all four of its campuses

From The Washington Post: With a move to a new Manassas Park Elementary School, the Manassas Park (Va.) school system has completed a decade-long drive to rebuild all four city schools. The city of 13,500 separated itself from the Prince William County district in the 1970s and formed its own school system to improve education. At the time, officials had scant time to build a school system, so they cobbled together campuses with trailers.
