University of New Hampshire unveils plan to cut greenhouse gas emissions

From Foster's Daily Democrat: The University of New Hampshire in Durham plans on cutting its greenhouse gas emissions by 50 percent by 2020 and by 80 percent by 2050, according to a new plan recently released by the school. The plan, known as WildCAP, outlines more than 25 projects and 15 policies, all of which will be supported by an innovative energy efficiency revolving fund.
