Millennium Brooklyn High School set to share space in old John Jay High building

From The New York Times: New York City’s Panel for Educational Policy has approved a plan to open an offshoot of a high-performing high school in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn, a neighborhood where families have shunned the local high school because of its poor academic performance. The new school, Millennium Brooklyn High School, will open in the fall, sharing space with three high schools and a middle school that occupy the old John Jay High School building.
