Residence hall will cost $75 million.

George Washington University in Washington, D.C., will begin construction next month on a $75 million upperclassman residence hall that will be the most expensive residence hall ever constructed by the University. The 10-story building will house more than 400 students and the university expects it to be completed by fall 2009.
