4 charter schools approved in New Jersey

From The Philadelphia Inquirer: The New Jersey Department of Education has approved four charter schools. That brings the number approved by the state this year to 27, the most ever in one year. Two of the schools will be in Camden County; one will be in Jersey City and another in Trenton.
