New Mexico district gets OK for construction proposal

$105 million proposal passes easily in Rio Rancho district.

Voters in Rio Rancho (N.M.) school district have approved a $105 million bond proposal. The money will enable the district to relieve classroom crowding by completing construction of five schools, major additions at four schools and smaller projects at 15 campuses.
