New Technical Center planned in Virginia

Plans are moving forward for a newMassanutten Technical Center in Harrisonburg, Va. The center serves students from the Harrisonburg City and Rockingham County school systems. The 17,000-square-foot building is expected to cost between $1.9 million and $2 million.
