Plan unveiled for more health centers in New York City schools

From The New York Times: New York City Schools Chancellor Dennis M. Walcott has unveiled an initiative to open 20 health and mental health centers in middle and high schools. City council members welcomed the $30 million initiative, but some noted that the new centers come after more than 70 school-based mental health centers were closed over the last two years.
