New York City tries to find classrooms for all students

From The New York Daily News: Thursday is the first day of classes for New York City public schools, but hundreds of kids won't go to class because the city hasn't found them seats. A variety of bureaucratic snags and hassles are preventing many from making it to class. Frantic parents flooded school registration centers around the city Wednesday in last-minute attempts to score seats for their kids, but many came away disappointed.
