Parents fear space sharing at New York City high school will lead to crowding problems

From The New York Times: The Talented and Gifted School for Young Scholars, one of only three citywide gifted and talented programs in New York City's Manhattan borough, shares space in an East Harlem building with three middle schools. They learned recently that one of the schools, Esperanza Preparatory Academy, wants to expand to a high school, and they are concerned that the expansion will lead to crowding and other problems.
