North Carolina State University breaks ground on library

From The Raleigh News & Observer: North Carolina State University is celebrating the 25th birthday of its innovative Centennial Campus in Raleigh as it breaks ground on a new library that is expected to be its aesthetic and cultural heart.
MORE: The 200,000-square-foot James B. Hunt Jr. Library was designed as much with technological and social trends in mind as books. Nearly 60 study rooms are planned, some with digital video capabilities, along three "commons" areas for graduate students, undergraduates and faculty researchers.
