School Board has approved the purchase of a $3.8 million building to consolidate administrative services, but district employees cannot relocate there for at least two years as the existing tenants finish their leases. The building in Milwaukie is across the street from the district’s current 9,000-square foot-administrative office and about 20,000 square feet bigger.
