Bond request rejected in Northeastern (Ohio) district

From The Springfield News-Sun: For the third time in the last year, voters in the Northeastern (Ohio) district have rejected a bond proposal for school construction. Voters last week said no to a $59 million plan. The bonds would have covered the local cost of building two new elementary schools, one new middle school and two new high schools, and renovate Kenton Ridge High School into a middle school. The Ohio Schools Facilities Commission would have paid the remaining $41 million.
