Pennsylvania district will renovate it administration building

TheNorwin school district in North Huntingdon, Pa., is planning to renovate the district's administrative offices. Officials say the 22-year-old building is cramped and inadequate. The renovation, estimated to cost about $900,000, would bring the building into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Other upgrades could include installation of an elevator, an automatic sprinkler system and a backup emergency power generator. The architect is Axis Architecture.
