Official tally gives approval to Circleville (Ohio) school bonds

$37.9 million will help district build 3 schools
From The Columbus Dispatch: Circleville (Ohio) City Schools can begin laying the groundwork to build three schools. A bond issue to construct new classrooms -- which passed by a narrow 12-vote margin according to unofficial election-day returns from May 4 -- has officially passed. Final vote totals extended the measure's approval margin to 36 votes, with 1,840 votes cast in favor and 1,804 opposed. The approval clears the way for issuance of $37.9 million in bonds for school construction.
