$40.3 million proposal is approved after provisional and absentee ballots are counted
FromThe Cleveland Plain Dealer: The $40.3 million bond issue that apparently failed Nov. 3 in the Euclid (Ohio) district has been certified as passing by 75 votes. The final official tally from the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections included provisional ballots and absentee ballots mailed in the final days before the election.
