Ohio proposal would bring solar power to school facilities

From The Columbus Dispatch: Solar-powered schools might become more common in Ohio if state lawmakers have their way. Legislators plan to introduce legislation this week requiring solar panels on 25 percent of the state's approximately 5,000 public school-district buildings, a number that includes schools and outbuildings such as bus garages.
