Ohio law that led to firing of school employees is upheld

From The Columbus Dispatch: School districts in Ohio did not violate the law when they fired dozens of employees over long-ago criminal convictions, the state Supreme Court has ruled. The court ruled that a 2007 state law that required school districts to look into the criminal histories of employees and fire those convicted of certain offenses was not unconstitutionally retroactive.
