Ohio’s voucher program nearing enrollment cap

From The Dayton Daily News: Ohio students wishing to move from chronically low-performing public schools to private schools may not get that chance for the first time since the school voucher program bean in 2006. More than 84,000 children across the state are eligible for the program.
