From The Daily Oklahoman: Officials with Oklahoma State University and the city of Stillwater are working on a plan to connect the campus to the city's downtown. Planners with the university and the city have worked together on guidelines for developing the area southeast of campus. One element calls for a pedestrian corridor running from the Oklahoma State campus to the downtown area.
