Two Rivers/Dos Rios Elementary takes over former middle school campus

From The Eugene Register-Guard: After a year of work, a former middle school in the Springfield (Ore.) district is taking shape as Two Rivers/Dos Rios Elementary School. The district says closing those schools and consolidating the students at one location will save $390,000 annually in operational expenses.
