Judge issues injunction ordering instructors back to work

From The Detroit News: A judge has ordered faculty members at Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant to return to work and end a one-day strike. University officials sought an injunction to end the job action. A breakdown in negotiations and allegations of unfair labor practices led the 600-plus members of the faculty union to refuse to show up to classes Monday. Subsequently, union leaders told the rank and file to abide by the judge's order.
