From The Grand Island Independent: Voters in the Ord (Neb.) school district have passed a $9.8 million bond issue to renovate the district's secondary building and add on a practice gym and cafeteria. About $5.6 million will be used to renovate the school's 1928 building and resolve fire code, handicapped accessibility and heating and air conditioning deficiencies. The other $4.2 million would pay for a new practice gym, wrestling room, kitchen and commons area on the school's east side.
