FEMA funding will help Louisiana school build new cafeteria

From The New Orleans Times-Picayune: The makeover of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School in Slidell, La., has received a boost from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, which kicked in almost $1 million more than previously committed for a new cafeteria. The school was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina's storm surge in 2005 and is being rebuilt in stages over a span of several years. The new cafeteria will be 7,326 square feet and will seat 216 children.
