Ozark (Mo.) elementary poised to open next month

Construction of a 70,000-square-foot elementary school in the Ozark (Mo.) district is on schedule to be completed during the second week of August. The $8 million K-4 facility will house about 500 students at first, but could handle 600. The design enables each grade level--with six sections each--to have its own playground. The architect is Marshall Waters Woody Associates.
