Parents in New York City sue over space sharing with charter school

Plans call for Coney Island Prep charter school to move into building that houses Intermediate School 303

From The New York Daily News: Parents from Intermediate School 303 in New York City are suing to stop the city from forcing the school to share space with Coney Island Prep charter school. School system officials plan to move the 270-seat charter school because is outgrowing its space in a community center at the Carey Gardens public housing project. But parents from IS 303 contend the space-sharing plan will disrupt programs at the intermediate school.
