Recommendation calls for keeping 3 high schools open, moving 8th graders to high school campuses

From The Cleveland Plain Dealer: Parma (Ohio) Superintendent Jeff Graham is recommending that the district's three high schools -- Parma Senior, Valley Forge and Normandy -- remain open, but he is proposing that at least four elementary buildings would be closed in 2012. He also is proposing moving 8th-grade students into the high schools.
