Pennsylvania governor wants records to be more open at Penn State

From The Harrisburg Patriot-News: Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett has put Penn State university on notice that it must accept the full-disclosure requirements of the state’s open-records law. Sparked by the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal that has exposed the secrecy in which Penn State’s leaders have operated, Corbett says he plans to talk to state lawmakers about making Penn State’s state aid contingent on abiding by the open-records law.
