Report from former FBI director likely to increase university's legal exposure

From The Philadelphia Inquirer: Penn State's liability stemming from the child sexual abuse committed by former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky could become more burdensome in the wake of the report issued last week by former FBI director Louis Freeh. Lawyers say that given the duration of the alleged coverup by university officials and the multiple acts of sexual abuse the report detailed, the university's exposure now could reach $100 million or more. Freeh's 267-page report spelled out Sandusky's actions and administrators' efforts to hide them.
