Owen J. Roberts district project expected to cost $43 million

From The Springford News & Valley Item: The Owen J. Roberts School District in Pottstown, Pa., is planning to refurbish two elementary schools, a project expected to cost $43 million. The administration has recommended that the district renovate and expand East Coventry and East Vincent elementary schools. Those additions will add classroom space and air conditioning, along with other improvements. They are the only district elementary schools without air conditioning.
