High school construction begins in Phillipsburg (N.J.) district

From The Express-Times: The Phillipsburg (N.J.) school district has broken ground on a 330,000-square-foot Phillipsburg High School. The new facility, with an estimated cost of $174 million, is expected to house students by fall 2013. The architect is Design Ideas Group.
