Universities may help run some Philadelphia schools

The University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University are talking with the Philadelphia School District about jointly operating two small high schools. One school would focus on international studies, the other on engineering and technology. They would serve the University City High School area and eventually could be housed in that building after it is renovated.
