College’s Sylvania campus will receive improvements over 5 to 7 years

From The Portland Oregonian: Portland Community College plans to spend $55 million to $60 million over the next five to seven years to renovate its Sylvania campus. The work will include modernizing the student center, building a child care center, making safety upgrades, improving campus roads and launching a "net zero" environmental program. It also will invite students and faculty to complete their own green projects.
