Portland (Ore.) district reviews facility needs

Bond proposal likely to go to voters in 2010
ThePortland (Ore.) school system is narrowing what projects it wants to include ina bond proposal to fix its aging facilities. With more than 100 buildings, the district is aiming for a bond in fall 2010 or later that would probably pay for remodels of 10 to 20 schools.
