$44 million overhaul would triple capacity of the existing space

From The Portland Oregonian: Portland State University is planning a $44 million makeover of the Peter W. Stott Center that would transform the dated athletic facility. The plans call for replacing the eastern half of the building with a large concourse and a three-story arena. With seating for 4,700 for sports and 5,500 for performances, the new arena would more than triple the capacity of the existing facility.
