Preston County (W.Va.) district breaks ground on elementary and middle schools

New facilities expected to be ready for students in 2014

From The State Journal: Preston County (W.Va.) School officialshave broken ground on a new Tunnelton-Denver Elementary and South Preston Middle School. The existing Tunnelton-Denver Elementary has needed many repairs, and South Preston Middle School was condemned a few years ago. Students have been attending classes in temporary buildings. Construction is scheduled to be completed in August 2014.
