Private school in Utah closes abruptly

Utah Southvalley Community School announces closure on Web site
Utah Southvalley Community School, a sports-oriented, private high school in Salt Lake City, has closed. An announcement on the school's Web site disclosed that the school had closed. Last week, school owner Bob Jones scrambled to find a new home for the school amid revelations about his troubled home-building business and complaints from teaching staff that they had not been paid.
