Businessman provided funds for students to attend Catholic schools

The Children's Education Opportunity Foundation of San Antonio began notifying parents in San Antonio a few weeks ago that it is ending a privately funded voucher program that pays for children to attend Catholic schools. CEO San Antonio is funded by San Antonio businessman James Leininger.
