Principal reprimanded for kissing employees

The Puyallup (Wash.) district has reprimanded the principal at Puyallup High School for hugging and kissing female employees. An investigation found that the principal, Mike Joyner, had inappropriately kissed three female employees and a student, and “lightly swatted” one teacher on the head.
