Raymond (Neb.) district plans bond vote

The Raymond (Neb.) Central School District has placed a $16.3 million school bond proposal on the Sept. 11 ballot. The funds would pay for renovations on the existing junior/senior high school building. The project would create around 50,000 square feet of additional space, including a new gym, classrooms, offices, and band room.
