Nebraska district tries again on facility upgrade

TheRaymond (Neb.) Central School District is asking voters on March 10 to approve an $11 million bond proposal. Nearly all of the bond funds would go toward a facility improvement project at the junior/senior high school. The plan calls for renovating a little more than 70,000 square feet of existing facilities and adding 26,000 square feet in new construction. In 2007, voters said no to a $16.13 million bond issue that would have called for 76,000-square feet of new construction and 58,810-square feet of remodeling at the junior/senior high campus.
