Replacement elementary planned in Grand Rapids

Existing Hall Elementary will remain open while new facility is built.

The Grand Rapids (Mich.) district is planning to build a new Hall Elementary school facility. Plans for the $10.5 million building call for it to be constructed on a restricted site while the existing school remains open. The architect is Kingscott Associates.
