Reports of bullying more than double in Baltimore schools

From The Baltimore Sun: The number of bullying incidents reported in Baltimore city schools more than doubled last school year compared with the previous year. Last school year, the city received 541 formal reports of bullying; the year before, the district received 231 reports. In the two school years before that, city school officials received 26 and 12 reports, respectively.
