American River Courtyard hall earns LEED gold

From The Sacramento Bee: The newest residence hall on the Sacramento State University campus has received high honors for its energy-efficient design. The U.S. Green Building Council has given Sac State's American River Courtyard residence hall a LEED gold certification.
