Ohio district wants to choose which water and sewage utility it will use at new schools

From The Columbus Dispatch: The Reynoldsburg (Ohio) school district has filed a lawsuit asking a judge to allow it to pick which water and sewage utility will serve two new schools. District officials say service from the city of Reynoldsburg would be $1 million cheaper than using the Southwest Licking Community Water & Sewer District, because the city charges much lower user and tap-in fees for public schools. A high school and elementary school are being built within Southwest Licking Community Water's service area and are scheduled to open in the fall of 2011.
